RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
We sincerely hope that you’ll be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not, we offer a thirty (30) day return policy subject to the following conditions:
- This return policy is only applicable to purchases made through asept-air.com. No returns or refunds on purchases made from any other retailers or distributors.
- Filters and UV lamps are not eligible for return under this policy.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all documentation, accessories, and parts included.
REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Upon request within thirty (30) calendar days following receipt of your order, ASEPT-AIR will provide a refund of the purchase price subject to the following conditions:
- A 10% restocking fee on all items returned for a reason other than being defective.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt of the returned items, ASPET-AIR will inspect and test the items to confirm that they are in their original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and parts included. Failure to use the original packaging or to include the manuals, accessories or original parts may delay the processing of your return and result in a reduced refund amount equal to the value of the packaging or missing manuals, accessories or parts, which shall not exceed 20% of the original purchase price.
Refunds are processed within seven (7) business days following receipt and processing of your return by ASEPT-AIR.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN/REFUND
Within thirty (30) calendar days following receipt of your order, you may request a return authorization by sending an email to email@example.com. Please be sure to include your name, delivery address, order number, contact details, and the serial number from your item, if applicable.
Return Authorization requests are processed within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your request has been processed an ASEPT-AIR customer service representative will contact you by email to confirm your request and provide additional details for returning your product.
If your product is defective, ASEPT-AIR will provide you with a return shipping label at no cost to you.
If your product is returned as being defective and ASEPT-AIR determines that there was no defect in the item returned, ASEPT-AIR will advise you of this and deduct the return shipping charges as well as applicable restocking fees from your refund amount.
